The equipment crushes the material through the periodic compression motion of the moving and fixed jaws, featuring a simple structure and reliable efficiency.
To ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the client’s project, MR simultaneously supplied a complete set of main, wear-resistant, and consumable parts from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including high-manganese steel jaw plates, side protection plates, eccentric shafts, and bearings. All components are manufactured on the same production line and undergo the same quality testing as the main unit, ensuring perfect compatibility and a long service life, eliminating any concerns for the client.
Local Installation Service
Our installation engineers hold 10-year long-term US and Brazilian visas, as well as over ten years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of mining machinery, making them available to work in Latin America.
For this jaw crusher shipment, our engineers will also be available at the customer’s project site in Latin America, providing comprehensive, localized installation support. This includes equipment inventory, on-site guidance, commissioning and calibration, and operational training.
