Last week, we MR just installed a complete limetone grinding mill plant.

Production line composition:
This grinding production line consists of storage bin, air lock feeder, belt feeder, Raymond mill main machine, pipeline, powder collector, fan and pulse dust collector. Limestone raw materials fall from the storage bin to the air lock feeder, and the belt feeder conveys the materials into the Raymond mill main machine. Under the high-speed rotating grinding inside the Raymond mill, the materials that have been crushed into powder will enter the powder collector through the pipeline, and finally the materials will be collected by the pulse dust collector.
Uses of limestone powder:
Limestone is a kind of ore. We have abundant limestone reserves in China. After crushing, grinding, screening and other processing processes, limestone powder can be widely used in building materials, production of silicate cement, production of coating grade heavy calcium carbonate products for papermaking, and at the same time, limestone powder is also an important raw material for many industries.
Here we tell you about the different application scenarios of lime with different mesh sizes.
1. Limestone powder 200 mesh: This limestone powder has a relatively low density and is not suitable for coating, but is more suitable for the discharge of external walls.
2. Limestone powder 300 mesh: This limestone powder has a high density and is widely used in interior wall paints, providing good coverage and durability.
3. Limestone powder 325 mesh: This limestone powder has very fine particles and is suitable for making powdered paints, which can meet higher requirements for fineness and uniformity.
