MR Crusher Used In Hydropower Project！

Recently, we received a thank-you letter from a water power station project. They were grateful for the stone crushers provided by MR, which helped them to successfully complete the supply of aggregates for their hydropower station construction.

Raw Material: sandstone

Original size before crushing: ≤600mm

Final size after crushing: 0-12mm, 12-19mm, 19-25mm aggregates

Capacity: 150 tons per hour.

Usage of final size: aggregates for construction of hydropower

Crushers recommended: ZSW420X1100 vibrating feeder, PE750X1060 jaw crusher, PF1315 impact crusher, 3YA1860 vibrating screen, a full set of belt conveyors, control box.

The raw material is local and includes a large amount of sandstones.

In the early stages of the project, our customer invited our MR engineers to discuss the layout of the crusher plant on-site. Eventually, they decided to use MR’s ZSW420X1100 vibrating feeder machine, PE750X1060 jaw crusher, PF1315 impact crusher, 3YA1860 vibrating screen, a full set of belt conveyors and control box. The feeding size is less than 600mm sandstones, and the final aggregates are 0-12mm, 12-19mm, 19-25mm. The capacity is 150tons per hour.

Currently, the main structure of the power station has been completed. Our customer not only appreciated the quality of our crushers, but also praised our engineers’ attentive service and timely supply of regular parts! They have expressed their intention to continue working with MR on future projects as well!
