Introduction

As the key crushing equipment after material crushing, the bushing ball mill in mining adopts the classic sliding bearing support system, and the basic framework is composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part and the transmission part.

Its characteristics are that the hollow shaft adopts a removable structure with a cast steel liner, the rotating large gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant liner. This traditional structure has been verified by long-term industry and has maintained a stable market share in industries such as cement, silicate products, new building materials, and refractory materials.

Working principle

The bearing ball mill grinder machine, dry mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with gear transmission on the outside, two bins, and a grid-type ball mill. The material is fed into the first bin of the mill evenly through the ball mill feed spout device through the hollow shaft spiral.

There are stepped linings or corrugated linings in the bin, which are filled with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material is roughly ground in the first bin, it enters the second bin through a single-layer partition board.

The bin is inlaid with a flat lining board and contains steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to complete the grinding operation.

Ball Mill Application

Super-hard material processing: coarse grinding of high-hardness ores (Mohs hardness 7.5-9) such as tungsten ore and manganese ore

Small-scale special production: cement grinding stations with an annual output of less than 200,000 tons, ceramic glaze preparation, etc.

Highly wet and sticky materials: clay materials with a moisture content of more than 8%, rolling bearings are easily corroded by moisture.

Renovation restricted projects: renovation projects where the space in the old factory is limited and large bearing seats cannot be installed.
