A month ago, the Raymond mills purchased by our customers arrived safely in Paraguay, and installation is currently underway. Raw material : Fertilizer, SSP (calcuim superphosphate), TSP (triple superphosphate), KCL (potassium chloride powder), MAP (monoammonium phosphate)
Raw material size: 1-6mm particles, 1mm powder
Finished product：80 mesh, passing rate 95%

Pre-installation Precautions

1. The foundations for the main engine, main fan, jaw crusher, and bucket elevator should be prefabricated reinforced concrete.
2. The foundation surface should be leveled with a spirit level. The concrete depth should be at least 100-200mm deeper than the corresponding anchor bolt holes, depending on local soil and climate conditions.
3. Reserve a 100-150mm wide secondary grouting groove at the anchor bolt holes.
4. Install a water collection pit and access ladder at appropriate locations in the pit.
5. Ensure the top surface of the embedded iron is level with the ground, and the welds on the embedded iron are secure and reliable.
