It is more efficient and lower energy consumption than the conventional mills like raymond mill and ball mill. This ultra-fine grinding mill machine generates consistent yields of micro powder between 3 and 45 microns or between 325 and 2500 mesh. In some cases it can even produce ultra-fine powder 3000 mesh.

Maintenance and Precautions
1. Before starting the micro-powder mill, first check whether the installation of each part meets the requirements; then check the lubrication of the bearing in detail, and pay attention to adding enough butter; do not enter the body of metal objects. The inspection method is: pull the belt by hand to test Rotate to see if there are phenomena such as biting brakes and rotating and hitting the shell, so as to avoid accidents. If there is any abnormal sound, it should be repaired immediately.
2. The feeding of the micro-powder mill should be uniform, and the diameter of the pellets should be determined according to the hardness of the raw material. The diameter of general hard material shall not exceed 20 mm, and the diameter of high hardness shall not exceed 10 mm. Unlimited softness.
3. The motor load of the micro powder mill should not be overloaded during use, and the general current should be controlled between 80A-110A to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. For micropowder mills, the grinding rings and rollers should be checked frequently. If serious wear is found, they should be replaced in time.
5. The rotating speed of the micropowder mill is high, so the bearing should be maintained frequently, and the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 65 degrees. Maintain once every 7 days, and use molybdenum disulfide or trilithium grease for maintenance.
