Advantages of Raymond Mill

Raymond mills have a built-in grading and powder selection system, automatically returning coarse particles to the grinder for re-grinding. Ball mills, on the other hand, are prone to over- or under-grinding, resulting in a wide particle size distribution in the finished product.
Raymond mills are complete systems, integrating the main unit, feeder, blower, classifier, cyclone collector, and pulse dust collector. Simple electrical wiring is required for operation. Modern Raymond mills can be fully automated, significantly reducing labor costs.
