Advantages of Raymond Mill

The equipment has a low failure rate and can achieve long-term, continuous and stable operation. Reliability is a primary consideration for factories requiring large-scale, uninterrupted production. This significantly outperforms newer equipment with complex structures and frequent maintenance.

Raymond mills have a built-in grading and powder selection system, automatically returning coarse particles to the grinder for re-grinding. Only powder that reaches the specified fineness is discharged as the finished product. This results in a concentrated and uniform particle size distribution in the finished product. Ball mills, on the other hand, are prone to over- or under-grinding, resulting in a wide particle size distribution in the finished product.

Raymond mills are complete systems, integrating the main unit, feeder, blower, classifier, cyclone collector, and pulse dust collector. Simple electrical wiring is required for operation. Modern Raymond mills can be fully automated, significantly reducing labor costs.
