What special requirements did the customer have when purchasing these two ball mills from us?

(1)The voltage and frequency standards in China are 380V/50HZ, but the voltage and frequency at the customer site is 380V/60HZ. The ball mill motor and electrical system of the equipment have been adjusted accordingly to ensure compatible and stable operation.

(2) According to the customer’s safety regulations, not only is the large gear protection cover equipped as usual, but also the protection covers are also installed on all couplings.

 

(3)We provide customers with the professional lubrication devices they need, covering large gears, small gears, and sliding bearings (bushings), ensuring long-term wear resistance of key components and reducing maintenance costs.

The specific functions of the lubrication system:

① Reduce friction and wear. Avoid direct metal contact and reduceball mill gearbox surface wear.

② Heat dissipation and cooling. The lubricating oil takes away heat through flow.

③ Anti-corrosion and cleaning. The oil film isolates air and moisture to prevent rust on the metal surface.

④ Vibration reduction and noise reduction. The lubricating oil can buffer the impact of gear meshing and reduce operating noise.

(4)We equipped customers with the WEG motors and ABB soft starters they wanted to use to ensure smooth starting of the equipment, reduce mechanical shock and extend service life.

(5)The customer requires that both ball grinders rotate to the right.

 

How to distinguish whether the ball mill rotates to the right or to the left?

When you want to purchase a ball mill machine, you must confirm with the ball mill manufacturer in advance the direction of rotation of the ball mill equipment you want is to the right or to the left. How to distinguish it?

Rotate to the right: Looking toward the feeding head, the ball mill motor and reducer are on the right side of the ball mill. As shown below:

Rotate to the left: Looking toward the feeding head, the motor and reducer are on the left side of the ball mill. As shown in the following figure:
