Problems & Solutions

( 1 )Iron Contamination!
The customer wants to grind sodium feldspar into 325 mesh powder for use as ceramic glaze and glass batch component. Sodium feldspar is used in ceramics and glass to introduce sodium oxide and aluminum oxide, but iron (Fe₂O₃) is a harmful impurity that can cause yellowish, grayish, or black spots in the final product. The customer is extremely concerned that the ball mill (especially the grinding media and internal lining) will introduce iron contamination during the grinding process.

Our recommendation to the customer is as follows:
Use wear-resistant ceramic liners and grinding media instead of manganese steel liners and steel balls, thereby avoiding iron contamination.

( 2 )Is the fineness of the finished product adjustable?
The customer wants to produce 200 mesh and 325 mesh powder, and is concerned whether the fineness of the finished product is adjustable.
We have recommended the VX series ultrafine powder separator to the client, equipped with a frequency converter. This frequency converter allows the operating speed of the separator to be adjusted, thereby controlling the fineness of the finished powder. The higher the speed of the separator, the finer the powder; the lower the speed, the coarser the powder.
Different levels of grinding fineness can also be achieved by adjusting the grading of the ceramic balls.

        ⇒A container distribution plan is designed based on the weight and dimensions of the goods, ensuring a stable center of gravity and preventing movement during transport.
        ⇒Heavy-duty straps and wooden structures are used to secure large equipment, while small parts boxes are used to fill empty spaces and prevent vibration.

( 2 )Dual management of internal and external labels.
         ⇒Each packing box has a waterproof label on the outside, which includes: project name, customer code, schematic diagram of the contents, part number, and gross/net weight.
         ⇒A master packing list is prepared, detailing the contents corresponding to each box number, and includes photos and videos of the loading process (especially before sealing the container).

After-Sales Service

MR engineers travel to the client’s site to provide guidance, installation, and commissioning services. Special attention is given to the following two points:
Full-process inspection record: Data from each installation step (such as leveling, clearance values) must be retained to facilitate traceability.

Pre-assembly verification: Large components (such as the cylinder body, gear cover) must be pre-assembled on the ground first to confirm interface compatibility before lifting.

Follow thermal deformation principles: In environments with large temperature variations, avoid precision measurements during the hottest hours at noon to prevent errors caused by thermal expansion.
