Compared with the MSF800 model we used before, what improvements have been made to the current MSF1000 model? What are the differences?
MR Answer 2:
Compared to the MSF800, the MSF1000 offers a higher level of automation. While the MSF800 is controlled through a PLC human-machine interface, the MSF1000 employs a dual system with integrated computer control and manual control. It offers one-button start and automatic computer alarm and shutdown in the event of a fault. In addition, it achieves interlocked control of the belt feeder with skirt, the main grinding unit, and the main blower, automatically and uniformly adjusting the feed rate based on the current of the main blower to maximize grinding efficiency. Furthermore, it includes a manual control button for added safety. A mobile application is also available, allowing the production status of the equipment to be monitored anytime and anywhere.
