Operating Principle

Feeding

The raw material will be fed into the jaw crusher to be crushed to a size smaller than 20 mm. The bucket elevator will load the crushed material, now smaller than 20 mm, and then feed it into the main mill via a hopper and vibrating feeder.

Grinding

The grinding roller rotates around the central axis of the main mill along the grinding ring. Simultaneously, it also rotates independently due to friction with the grinding mill. The paddle system is located at the bottom of the grinding roller hanger. The paddle and rollers lift the material and feed it into the space between the rollers and the ring, where it is crushed and ground.

Classification

The airflow from the bottom of the grinding chamber carries the fine powder to the classifier. After classification, the coarse particles fall through to be ground again, and the qualified, fine powder is fed to the dust collector by the airflow. It is then conveyed and discharged through pipes as the finished product.
