The MSF ultrafine mill is designed to produce fine and ultrafine powder. The original size of the raw material fed into the ultrafine mill can be around 20 mm. After milling, the customer can obtain fine and ultrafine powder down to 3000 mesh (5 microns).

Internal Structure
Operating Principle
After initial crushing with a hammer crusher, the raw material is conveyed to the top of the main mill by a bucket elevator. Feeding is controlled by hoppers and belt feeders, ensuring a continuous and uniform supply of materials with a particle size of less than 20 mm.
The material falls onto a high-speed rotating distribution disc and, by centrifugal force, is drawn into the crushing zone formed by the rollers and grinding ring, where it is crushed and ground. The ground powder is blown by a high-pressure airflow into a classifier. The coarse powder is separated by the impeller and returned for regrinding, while the fine powder is carried by the airflow to the downstream collection system.
The qualified fine powder is conveyed by airflow to a cyclone dust collector and discharged through the bottom discharge valve as the finished product. The exhaust gases, containing traces of dust, are thoroughly purified by a pulsating dust collector and then vented to the atmosphere by a blower through a silencer, resulting in clean production.
