Internal Structure

Operating Principle

The hydraulic cone crusher uses a motor to drive the rotation of the crushing cone, forming a crushing chamber between the cone and a fixed liner, supported by a hydraulic cylinder. The material enters and is crushed by compression and impact. The hydraulic system adjusts the discharge port and overload protection in real time: it automatically discharges the ore or retracts when pressure increases, and automatically restarts after the discharge of foreign objects, achieving continuous and stable crushing.
