High-strength integral rotor

Featuring a high-precision cast steel rotor, it offers a large moment of inertia. This results in smoother operation, greater impact force, and effective reduction of material blockages.

Hydraulic adjustment of discharge particle size

The distance between the impact frame and the rotor (i.e., the size of the discharge particles) can be continuously adjusted by a hydraulic system, simplifying its operation.

Extremely high wear resistance

The rotor hammer plates are installed more securely and can be reused several times after wear by modifying their angle, which extends their service life and reduces maintenance costs.

Adjustable impact plate

In some models, the angle of the impact plate is adjustable, which further optimizes the crushing path and controls the product gradation.

Internal Structure

Operating Principle

The hydraulic impact crusher uses a high-speed rotating rotor to drive the hammers and impact the materials, imparting kinetic energy and propelling them toward the impact plates for crushing. Multiple crushing processes are achieved through collisions between the impact plates and the materials, as well as between the materials themselves. The hydraulic system allows for adjusting the gap between the impact plates to control the output particle size and provides a quick restart as overload protection. This machine combines impact and layer crushing, producing high-quality finished products with excellent particle shape and high efficiency.
