Internal structure
Working principle
VSI5X primarily operates on two principles: “rock-on-rock” and “rock-on-iron”. The material enters a high-speed rotating rotor and is accelerated outward, colliding and rubbing against the material on the circumferential protection plates or impact blocks, thereby achieving crushing. Through repeated impacts and grinding, the material is pulverized into sand particles of the required size and finally discharged through a screen plate with controlled particle size.
