Working Principle

A vibrating screen uses a motorized vibrator to generate high-frequency vibrations, causing the material on the screen surface to lift and move forward. Particles smaller than the screen opening size pass through it by the action of gravity and vibration, achieving separation, while larger particles continue to move along the screen surface until they are discharged. This allows the material to be classified by particle size or to be deslimed and dewatered. Its main function is to use vibration for screening and material transport.
