Working Principle
The S5X vibrating screen uses a motorized vibrator to generate high-frequency vibrations, causing the material on the screen surface to lift and move forward. Particles smaller than the screen opening size pass through the screen by gravity and vibration action, achieving separation, while larger particles continue moving along the screen surface until discharge. This allows for particle size classification, desliming, and dewatering. Its main function is to use vibration for screening and material conveying.
