Working Principle
The material enters the high-speed rotating rotor, is accelerated by the hammers, and then thrown against the impact plate, achieving crushing through repeated impacts and collisions. The gap between the impact plate and the rotor is adjustable to control the output particle size. During the crushing process, the material breaks along its natural texture, resulting in better particle shape, making it ideal for fine crushing of medium-hard materials.
