Usage of final size: aggregates for construction
Crushers recommended: ZSW380X960 vibrating feeder, PE600X900 jaw crusher, HP160 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, 4YA2160 vibrating screen, XSD2610 sand washer, a full set of belt conveyors, control box.

The PE600X900 jaw crusher is the primary crusher. It can crush the raw material granite from less than 525mm to about 100-120mm for secondary crushing.
As the secondary crusher, HP160 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is the key machine in this crushing plant. As a new type high-efficiency cone crusher, it can crush the hard granites to produce cubic aggregates. It is more automatic and advanced than the traditional spring cone crusher.
After secondary crushing, the stones will be separated by 4YA2160 vibrating screen. 25mm+ plus stones will be returned to the hydraulic cone crusher to be crushed again. The final aggregates are 0-6mm, 6-12mm, 12-19mm, 19-25mm. The capacity is 100-120 tons per hour.
