High efficiency and crushing capacity
The optimized cavity design, combined with a high crushing speed, allows the material to be crushed in multiple layers within the cavity, resulting in a high crushing rate in a single pass.
Automatic cleaning
When the machine stops suddenly due to a power outage or other reasons, the hydraulic system automatically lowers the moving cone, allowing the material in the cavity to be discharged smoothly.
Reliable lubrication system
It adopts a centralized thin oil lubrication system and can be equipped with multiple protections, such as oil temperature and flow rate, to extend its service life.
Automatic overload protection
When an uncrushable object (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system automatically releases pressure, allowing the moving cone to descend and discharge the foreign object.
Internal Structure
Working Principle
The motor drives the rotation of the eccentric sleeve, causing the moving cone to oscillate, which crushes the material in the crushing chamber through compression and impact. The hydraulic system adjusts the discharge port and provides overload protection: the discharge port is adjusted by raising and lowering the moving cone via the hydraulic cylinder. When an uncrushable foreign object enters, the accumulator provides pressure buffering, the hydraulic system releases pressure to lower the moving cone and discharge the foreign object, and then automatically resets.
