Internal Structure

Operating Principle

The Symons cone crusher uses a motor to drive the rotation of an eccentric sleeve, causing the moving cone to oscillate and periodically move closer to and further away from the stationary cone. Material is crushed within the crushing chamber through compression, bending, and shearing. A spring mechanism protects against overloading or excess material by widening the discharge opening to expel foreign objects before automatically resetting. This machine is suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard materials.
