Technical Advantages

Non-welded structure

The main body of the machine adopts a weld-free frame structure, using high-strength steel plates and precision-machined pins to form a sturdy frame, which can prevent the equipment from losing durability when subjected to impacts.

Optimized crushing chamber

The optimized crushing chamber is adopted, the size of the feed port is well suited to the height of the crushing chamber, and the length-width ratio of the feed port has been strictly tested to avoid blockage as much as possible.

Special design

The design incorporates high centrifugal force and a steep tilting plate angle, resulting in a larger effective stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber and ensuring high power.

Integrated motor

Operating Principle

Once the material enters the crushing chamber formed by the moving and fixed jaws, it is crushed through compression and grinding. Material that meets the particle size requirements is discharged through the lower discharge port, achieving continuous and efficient crushing. The unique design of the crushing chamber and its high compression ratio ensure both processing capacity and product particle size.
