In the clean air chamber of a Raymond mill pulse bag dust collector, a jet pipe is installed above each row of filter bags. This pipe is connected to a pulse valve and the compressed air main. The jet pipe has numerous small holes, each corresponding to the center of a filter bag. During operation, the cleaning cycle and jet time can be set on the microcomputer controller based on the properties of the dust-laden gas (and can be easily adjusted at any time).

During the dust collection operation, the microcomputer controller will automatically issue commands to control various pulse valves to open in sequence. At this time, high-pressure air is ejected from the nozzle at an extremely fast speed, and attracts about 5-7 times the gas from the surrounding area through the horn (at the venturi tube mouth) to mix with it, and then enters the filter bag, like a “pulse bubble” moving from top to bottom, penetrating from the filter bag to the outside, causing the filter bag to bulge and deform, causing repeated impact vibrations with small amplitude, and the dust accumulated on the outside of the filter bag is penetrated from the filter bag to the outside, causing the filter bag to bulge and deform, causing repeated impact vibrations with small amplitude, and the dust accumulated on the outside of the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper.

When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the air duct or flange door, the dust is carried by the airflow into the filter bag chamber and evenly dispersed across the surface of each filter bag. The dust is retained on the outside of the filter bag, while the purified gas passing through the filter bag enters the upper clean air box through the filter door and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan at the air outlet. Some of the dust adhering to the outside of the filter bag falls into the ash hopper by its own weight, while the remaining part remains on the outer surface of the filter bag, gradually increasing the resistance of the equipment. To ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1500Pa, thorough cleaning is required at regular intervals to remove dust adhering to the outside of the filter bag.
