This client needs to process dolomite. It’s their first time acquiring a production line equipped with an ultrafine mill, and they’re not very familiar with this type of machinery. They’re also concerned about high subsequent maintenance costs.

Concerns and Solutions
Concern 1:
Will the production process for the complete micro-powder mill line we purchased for the first time be complicated and difficult for the workers to operate?
MR Solution 1:
For this dolomite grinding production line, MR has planned the complete process for the client, including crushing, conveying, grinding, dust removal, and finished powder collection. Furthermore, all the necessary equipment has been configured and is controlled and integrated by a PLC system.
This ensures that a single system can meet the client’s requirements, offering a simple and reliable process. Operators only need to adjust the parameters on the PLC control panel to manage the entire production line, which is extremely convenient.
Concern 2:
When grinding dolomite down to 1250 mesh, the equipment experiences considerable wear. Will subsequent maintenance be costly and complicated?
MR Solution 2:
The micro-powder mill manufactured by MR uses bearing steel as the raw material for its rollers, rings, and grinding discs. This material inherently possesses high wear resistance, which is further enhanced through a special internal technological process, resulting in a significantly longer lifespan than components from other manufacturers.
In addition, MR has a branch and spare parts warehouse in Latin America. Customers can pre-order parts from the Brazilian office based on component wear; or MR can arrange shipment from its warehouse in Bolivia so that parts arrive quickly at the project site, allowing customers to resume production as soon as possible.
Equipment Delivery
MR will verify and check, according to the customer’s shipping list, that all components are complete, including the main unit (rollers, rings, grinding discs, etc.), the dust classifier, piping, and electrical control cabinet. Additionally, MR will clean dust, grease, and other residue from both the inside and outside of the equipment and perform a final inspection of the machined surfaces. If necessary, protective covers will be installed or critical parts will be wrapped with protective film.
During the shipping process, MR will photograph each component and send the documentation to the customer promptly, keeping them informed of the shipment’s progress to ensure a smooth delivery.
After-sales service
Since the client had no prior experience purchasing or installing ultrafine mills, the MR engineer, upon arriving at the site, immediately identified structural defects in the concrete foundation intended for the main unit, as well as unevenness in its levelness. Guided by a professional and responsible approach, the engineer collaborated with the client’s team to correct and level the foundation in the ultrafine mill installation area. The problem was resolved quickly, and the subsequent commissioning process proceeded smoothly.
