Concerns and Solutions

Concern 1:
Could you conduct experimental tests to ensure the viability of the solution?

MR Solution 1:
Yes. After the experiment, we observed that the crusher fragmented the defective compound products into flocculent residue. If this residue entered the MSF series micro-powder mill, it became entangled in the grinding roller and shaft pin inside the main machine, causing the mill to malfunction.

MR engineers immediately offered a solution to this problem:
Replace the crusher with a hammer mill. This type of crusher can thoroughly crush defective composite materials and prevent the accumulation of flocculent residue. We used the prototype hammer mill at the factory for experimentation and discovered that its output capacity was much larger than 2 cm, exceeding the optimal feed size for the micro-powder mill.
Therefore, we customized the screen bars of the hammer mill with a 14 mm opening. After this professional customization, the defective composite materials were in powder form; however, the mesh size still did not meet the customer’s requirements. At that point, the micro-powder mill was able to finely grind the material and finally produce a high-mesh powder that met the customer’s standards.

Before loading, MR verifies the packing list, meticulously checking that the main equipment, auxiliaries, accessories, spare parts, etc., are complete, and plans the container loading space in advance to ensure a smooth process. For precise and critical components, MR applies a protective film layer beforehand to safeguard the parts and prevent rust. During the loading process, MR personnel correctly identify the equipment lifting points, ensuring that the goods are placed securely and stably inside the container.

After-sales service

Upon arriving at the customer’s plant, the MR engineer first inspected the concrete foundation previously prepared by the customer for the hammer crusher installation, confirming its quality and levelness. Then, together with the customer’s team, he proceeded to verify the installation locations for the other equipment. Throughout the installation process, he ensured that each piece of equipment was securely placed in its designated position, repeatedly checking its exact placement. Finally, the complete ultrafine powder mill production line was successfully installed in the correct order.

When fibrous residue was detected in the initial test, MR actively proposed solutions to our benefit, ultimately ensuring the feed to the mill was of the correct size.
